To participate:

2. Submit an eligible entry using an available entry method.

3. Keep your confirmation information for your records.

4. Eligible entries are included in the applicable drawing.

5. A winner is selected according to the Official Rules.

6. The winner is contacted using the information provided during entry.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your odds of winning.

The prize will be clearly identified on the individual promotion page.

One eligible winner will receive the advertised prize, subject to the Official Rules and applicable law.

Tickets are only sold through this website. No tickets are sold at the fire station.

There is no limit to the amount of tickets you can reserve during one transaction. You can only reserve the quantity of tickets remaining for sale on a given raffle.

Your ticket makes you eligible for all the prize(s) shown for that specific raffle. Raffles are separated by serial number not product.

You will receive an email receipt for your purchase with an itemized list of your entries along with a unique ORDER NUMBER for your transaction.  If you don’t receive this email please check your spam or promotions folder because it may end up there. List are also automatically update live on the site (you may need to refresh the page). Entries are only assigned once payment has been received by our system.

Ticket numbers are assigned in the order they are purchased and the ticket list is shown on the specific raffle page under the photo and description. The list may also be emailed to participants, published on our Facebook page and/or updated on the winners page before the drawing.

Participants will be notified of the date and time of the drawing by email. Ensure our email address is not marked as spam. They are often done at 7:00 p.m. the Monday, Wednesday or Friday after the raffle sells out. The Live Stream page will show any raffles scheduled for the next live stream drawing.

Winners are selected by randomly selecting a unique ticket identifier from all tickets sold for the raffle pursuant to ORC 2915.01(CC). Visit our winners page to see previous drawings for easy examples.

Winners will be notified by phone, email or text. Please ensure these forms of contact are correct on your receipt especially if you are using PayPal or another third party transaction system.

Yes, winning a prize for any of our raffles does not make you ineligible for any future winnings.
